More than three million people – or about 7% of the British population – have now signed petitions on subjects ranging from inheritance tax to calls for Spandau Ballet’s Gold to be made the national anthem.
The entire focus of the article is the PM’s e-Petition- totally ignoring other models discussed at the meeting, such as the successfu e-petitioning system developed by ITC for the Scottish Parliament, and implemented elsewhere (including a pilot at the Bundestag)
