Case study/interview methodology

Some progress! I’ve found a couple of books that I think will help me with the case study-based approach that I think will be best for the work I want to do:

  • Qualitative interviewing: the art of hearing data. Rubin & Rubin (2005)
  • The art of case study research. Stake (1997)

Interesting, the emphasis on art… anyway, I hope my previous audit experience will prove some use.
